Honor Coexists with Responsibility | Monthly Quality Evaluation of OUYA Cables Witnesses the Pursuit of Excellence

At the morning meeting this early morning, we gathered together to review the quality work of the previous month and conduct a comprehensive summary of the quality performance of various workshops and departments. The most eye-catching part of the meeting was undoubtedly the presentation of the "Quality Red Flag" and "Quality Black Flag" — these are not just flags, but a profound interpretation of the company's quality culture.
The "Quality Red Flag" represents excellent quality performance and stable process control. The teams that won the Red Flag this time have become role models for the entire company with their rigorous process implementation, extremely high first-pass qualification rate of products and outstanding record of zero customer complaints. They have interpreted "quality is the lifeline of an enterprise" through practical actions.
The "Quality Black Flag", however, serves as a profound wake-up call. It does not mean denial; instead, it embodies the company's courage and determination to pursue transparent management, proactively expose problems and promote continuous improvement. The teams that received the Black Flag also deserve respect — they face their shortcomings directly, actively formulate rectification plans and promise to catch up this month. This is precisely the driving force behind the continuous evolution of OUYA's wire and cable quality management system.
Red and black are not just a contrast of colors, but also an expression of OUYA Wire & Cable's attitude towards quality: we commend the advanced, and do not avoid problems; we pursue honor, and more importantly, take on responsibilities.
From the entry of raw materials into the factory to the delivery of finished products, every meter of cable carries the trust of our customers. There is no end to the pursuit of quality, and we are always on the way.
